Dental Membership Plan

We created a membership plan to bring an option for the community that does not have a dental insurance. Our Premium Membership plan consists of:

• 2 regular cleanings (D1110, excludes periodontal disease)
• 2 dental exams All X-rays Including Panoramic x-rays
• 25% discount on every dental service fee (excludes Invisalign and whitening treatment)
